Wen you train someone to become a moderator or something else keep in mind, that you have to ask them multiple choice questions and written questions! It's okay if you type a file with all the questions and answers, then ask them to print it out and fill it out, then scan them back. This method is preferred however the best method is this. You find a time both of you can be on and then you sit with them and ask questions individually so if they need help you can help them.
